I have ordered a sign from you, when will I receive my design proof?
We aim to send design proofs for business signage within three working days.
We aim to send wedding and event sign proofs within one week.
For wedding packages including table plans, we aim to send these three weeks before your date.
We do ask that our designs are replied to within 2 days, this is to keep your order on time.
We will not send signs without being proofed prior to being made.
How can I hang my sign?
If you are sticking them to a wall you can hang them with command strips (please order enough for the weight of the sign) or we can add some holes if you would like to use screws or wall fixings.
Do I need a logo to order a business sign?
No you don’t, we can work together to create a design for your sign if you don’t already have an existing logo, we will send you a design proof to make sure you're 100% happy with it. If you do have a logo, we will need a vector format (Ai, EPS, SVG).
Can I use my own logo for a business sign?
For some of our products, we can use your own logo if you have it in a vector format, this can be AI, EPS, or SVG format or a fully outlined high-resolution PDF format. If you've had your logo designed professionally, your designer should be able to provide you with these formats. You can send your logo to hello@wolfandflower.com so we can check it for you to let you know if we can work with it.
Unfortunately we cannot accept PNG or JPEG image logo types.
If you would like us to use your logo instead of our own fonts, there is an additional charge of £25 for the logo set up, this option can be selected on the individual product page.
Can you use my logo if it was made on Canva?
The file type required for us from Canva is an SVG format.
The only way to get this is to go on a laptop or computer. You will not be able to download your logo on SVG format from your phone on Canva.
Open your project/logo, click download, it gives you a few choices, you need to download the SVG version.
Once you have downloaded this version please email it to hello@wolfandflower.com so we can check it for you.
Can I cancel my custom/personalised order?
If you contact us within 48hours we can cancel your order. After this time your materials will be ordered and wont be able to offer cancelation based on this.
Can I make changes to my design proof?
When ordering please choose your preferred font preferences.
We want you to love your design, that's why when you receive your design, if you would like changes, you can receive another two rounds of changes to your design proofs.
Any additional after this time will require a design cost update of £5 per proof.
How long does an order take to be made?
Processing time is 1-3 weeks plus shipping. We keep our latest order times updated on the announcement bar at the top of the home page on our website.
Please note, if you have left a note on your order requesting a specific date, we won't see this until your order is ready to be made.
We offer an express service for £20 which will fast track your order to be processed within 5 working days. This is available to select on the product page.
If you need your order by a specific date, please email us for availability.
My item is damaged
We take every precaution to ensure that items arrive in perfect condition. However, due to the fragile nature of our products, we appreciate that there may be times beyond our control when an item is damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged, you need to report it within 24 hours of receiving it. After this time we cannot hold the courier responsible and it may be deemed as damaged in possession.
Can you send me my item by a specific date?
If you need your item to arrive by a specific date, please do not leave a note on your order. Your order will be processing time plus shipping time. We cannot always accomadate requests left on your order notes. There is an option when ordering to fast track your items processing time, or you can email us at hello@wolfandflower.com to check if we can accomodate your request before your order is placed.
My order is late
We aim to send all orders within our processing times advertised. Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive a confirmation email or tracking information. Once your order has left us and is with the courier or post office we have no way to speed up the delivery of your item. We are unable to provide a refund or replacement until your item is considered 'lost' by the mail system. For the UK this is 10 working days from the latest estimated delivery date, for Europe 20 days and for the rest of the world 25 days. If your order has not arrived by your latest estimated delivery date, please get in touch with us and let us know your order number so we can look into this with the mail provider.
