Design Proof: Within 48 hours of placing your order, you'll receive a PDF design proof via email. Review it carefully and provide sign-off for design and order details. Delays may occur if we don't receive the correct logo files promptly.
Production Time: Any delays or incorrect logo files may extend the production time. Once the design is approved and production begins, no further amendments can be made.

Shipping processing times
We keep our latest order processing times updated on the announcement bar at the top of the home page on our website. Shipping time does not include processing time. Your order will be processing time plus shipping time.
International shipping
Important: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international orders.
