Uploading your own logo? We'll need a fully outlined vector file in SVG or EPS format — we're unable to work from PNG or JPEG image files. You should be able to request this from your designer. If you have a Canva logo, email us and we'll advise the best way to get it into the right format.

Shipping and processing times

We keep our latest order processing times updated on the announcement bar at the top of the home page on our website. Shipping time does not include processing time. Your order will be processing time plus shipping time.

International shipping

Important: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international orders.

Please note - we do not accept returns on items that have been customised. Customisation includes but is not limited to choosing specific materials, colours, fonts, icons and sizes of an item.
